Comfortable bedding made for a decent night's rest, and the garden view from the king room added a nice touch to the experience.
Finding the location proved tricky-postal code SO45 1YT directed away from the expected area. The hot water situation became a hassle. A limited hot water tank led to waiting for heating when you needed it. Pillows were overly firm for comfort, and bedroom and bathroom doors needed better hinge performance-definitely some WD40 needed.

The family room was a cozy spot with comfortable bedding, making for a decent night's rest. It was nice to have tea and coffee facilities right in the room, a thoughtful touch that made mornings more pleasant.
Having to manually open and shut the gates was a hassle, especially for a solo driver. There was a notable lack of hot water that became an issue both days of my stay. Waiting for 20 minutes for it to heat up was less than ideal. The firmness of the pillows made it hard for me to get a comfortable night's sleep, and the old taps in the bathroom were tricky to maneuver. It also would have been better if bedroom and bathroom doors had less squeakiness-definitely could use some WD40.

i had high hopes for the breakfast but alas, just cereal? woudl ve been lovely to have a proper cooked option. also, hot water took ages to heat up—thank goodness im not in a rush! surprising how a supposed gem could miss such essentials. i was almost ready to leave a good review but just couldn’t.

I really enjoyed the beautiful décor in my room and the comfortable bedding. The quiet atmosphere made for a lovely and peaceful stay. The coffee maker was a nice addition, making my mornings more enjoyable. It was a treat to unwind in the garden with a glass of wine. I appreciated having the opportunity to use a shared bathroom without any hassle. The nearby pub, The Langley Tavern, had such welcoming owners, and I had a fantastic Indian takeaway from Chutneys. A point for improvement involves the hot water. it took quite a while to heat up, which was frustrating when I needed a quick shower. the pillows were too firm for my liking, but that's just personal preference. A better breakfast option could have included some fruit and a cooked breakfast, although the cereal offered was decent enough.

Chillin' in Exbury 🌊🌳
The massive room was just beautiful, felt like home. We had a lovely brekkie spot nearby with killer views of the Isle of Wight. Owners were so chill, even let us come back to change after brekkie!
Just a heads-up, the shared bathroom was a bit of a surprise for us, but it worked out fine.
